Mobile Terminal is the command line client for iOS. You can use Mobile Terminal to change root SSH password (here is detailed information how to do that). What do you need

• Jailbroken iPhone or iPad.
• iFile installed on your iPhone.
• iOS 5 or iOS 5.0.1 or lower (iOS 4)

Note: Check you have CoreUtilities installed in Cydia. To check it go to Cydia => Manage => Settings. Select Hacker Mode and tap done.
