Right now iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak Pangu is not available to public yet. The teams of hackers from China are working on finding new exploits and untethering the most recent iPhone firmware released by Apple and they even showed the demo version to users already. Thus, iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak demo is reportedly created by Pangu hackers. We know that both Pangu and TaiG cannot support 8.4.1 version right now. Apple patched the exploits used in these two programs and users cannot run the tools on the most recent public operating system updated for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. It seems that everyone who attended HackPwn2015 conference in Shanghai last week saw the iOS 8.4.1 demo jailbreak running on iPhone 6. It was presented by Pangu group of hackers. The team also shared information on Weibo account however it assures that iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak won’t become public right away because everyone is waiting for iOS 9 update. This would be the major firmware upgrade and if Pangu iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak becomes available before this release Apple could patch the new exploits and make iOS 9 jailbreak impossible for a while. TaiG group of hackers doesn’t update users about their search for new exploits. These guys might be also finding new holes in Apple code and also waiting for the 9 version public release before offering any new programs to public. If you have already installed iOS 8.4.1 on your iDevice you can no longer downgrade to 8.4 since Apple stopped signing this version. All you can do is wait for the new untether programs to be launched this fall and jailbreak either 8.4.1 or the new iOS 9 mobile firmware when the new tools become available to ordinary users. What firmware version are you running now? Have you upgraded to iOS 8.4.1 or are you still using previous iOS 8 or even earlier iOS 7 platform?
