Will there be iOS 9 jailbreak tools once this firmware becomes public? Famous Pangu team of hackers who found exploits in iOS 8.4.1 code talk about the upcoming platform and voice their most recent discoveries. The news isn’t too reassuring at the moment because it mentions iOS 9 jailbreak impossible state. Pangu demoed iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak earlier this year and they believed the program would also support iOS 9 version however Apple is believed to already patch the vulnerabilities the Chinese hackers were using. iOS 9 jailbreak Pangu option might be still available once Apple releases the firmware upgrade. It could take some time for hackers to find new exploits and kernel vulnerabilities in the Cupertino-based company’s code. Pangu published an online report where the team mentions some of the kernel vulnerabilities it discovered in iOS 8.4.1 code. According to hackers, this code has a bad quality. Apple has reportedly patched all the holes in iOS 9 mobile firmware code. If this is true the jailbreak tool developed by Pangu couldn’t be used on the upcoming version of iPhone and iPad OS. Will there be iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak release? Hackers could present it if it happens that the program doesn’t support next operating system. The news published by Pangu states that at least two of the three kernel vulnerabilities found in 8.4.1 code are already patched in iOS 9 beta. The final launch of this next mobile platform is planned for this or next week. This version will be pre-installed on the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus that should feature special 3D Touch screen with Force Touch technology, better cameras, more RAM, improved battery, maybe new rose gold color and other specs.
