Evasi0n update is released by the Evad3rs for all users with iOS 7 firmware who want to untether jailbreak their device. It supports all operating system versions up to 7.0.6. The version 1.0.8 works for all gadgets with pre-iOS 7.1 OS.
The update is good for everyone who doesn’t plan on upgrading to the most recent firmware release but wish to use jailbreaking apps and tweaks from Cydia. The upgrade offered by the well-known hackers can be downloaded from here:
  1. Download Evasi0n 1.0.8 for Windows
  2. Download Evasi0n v.1.0.8 for Mac
This is untethered tool that quickly jailbreaks your iOS 7, 7.0.1 and 7.0.x handset or tablet device. It does everything automatically. All you have to do is backup your iDevice before jailbreaking it. Then you launch the program and wait till it completes the process.

Evasi0n was released in winter 2013. It took professional hackers a couple of months to find exploits in Apple’s new firmware. These exploits were patched with iOS 7.1introduction thus it became impossible to untether or tether this update.
Hackers keep searching for new holes in the mobile operating system created by the Cupertino-based giant. As we’ve seen on Twitter, some hackers managed to find a way and jailbreak firmware 7.1. For example, iH8sn0w says that his iPhone 4Swith iOS 7.1 is now jailbroken. Another person, Winocm, also said he found a way to boot this iPhone 4 model with the same firmware installed on it.
There are no public programs for the latest operating system jailbreak yet. Users hope that such a tool will appear sooner or later. As rumors mention this could happen after Apple releases iOS 8 major update. We don’t know how long it can take the Evad3rs and others to find new exploits and finish the new utility.
