Emma Heming-Willis, who is the Bruce Willis' wife has tweeted today on her page that her husband didn't sue Apple and had no plans to do so. She did not specify from where such information was came. The day before British sites The Sun and The Daily Mail spread information that Bruce Willis did not agree to the terms of the iTunes store, and decided to send Apple to court. According to these reports, Hollywood actor was very unhappy to learn that he could not leave a legacy to their daughters a vast collection of music from the iTunes store, because the license agreement states that users do not buy, but only rent a composition or compositions. This means that after the death of the account owner his family will not be able to claim the song from the Apple music service. That was a big disappointment for Bruce and his lawyer said:

Lots of people will be surprised on learning all those tracks and books they have bought over the years don’t actually belong to them. It’s only natural you would want to pass them on to a loved one.

But after that there was a tweet from Emma who wrote that "It's not a true story" and Bruce Willis against Apple is fake. Who knows what this means. Another PR move for the actor or it is really true? Why didn't Bruce deny these rumors himself? May he will in the future. We can only wait and hope but I think that it will be not good for Bruce Willis to fight with Apple.
