Hackers do make their job working on iOS 7 jailbreak tool. One hacker has even shared a screenshot of an iPhone touch with the latest firmware installed on it. Judging by the image, this iPod with the newest operating system is hacked. The picture has been posted by Ryan Petrich to personal Twitter account. Do you still ask yourself if iOS 7 can be jailbroken? The answer is “yes” if everything is real because we can see Activator Cydia tweak on the newest firmware from Apple. Does it mean that we will see the final jailbreaking utility right after the official iOS 7 release?

iOS 7 Jailbreak by Petrich

Take a look at the screenshot. It doesn’t seem to be fake. In other words, Petrich has actually jailbroken his iPod touch with iOS 7 and let everyone see his success. We can see all the new app icons redesigned by the Cupertino-based company. It can still be a speculation, we realize this. Still we heard of no simulators that allow launching Activator program on them. The first beta of the new firmware was released about three weeks ago. We saw two more betas since than time. Last year with the presentation of iOS 6 it took hackers just 2 days to jailbreak this operating system (tethered). This year is different and we still have no idea how exactly Petrich jailbroke his iPod touch with iOS 7 running on it. Has Apple protected its mobile operating system even more than last year? How long will we have to wait till untethered jailbreak for iOS 7 devices this fall? Will it happen in 2013 or should we wait till 2014 to see such an exploit? There are so many questions. We hope that the Evad3rs, P0sixninja, Petrich and other hackers will succeed and launch the jailbreak right after the new public firmware is introduced by Apple. P.S. There will be no iOS 7 beta jailbreak. Wait till the official release of this system which is expected in a couple of months from now.
