The next generation iPhone 5 screen technology will be brand and it will make the smartphone touchscreen much more subtle. There's absolutely no surprise about how often news about iPhone 5 and its specification appear these days as the Autumn that promises the next-gen iPhone and probably iPad Mini release comes closer and closer. Information about new display has appeared before, but now it has been confirmed on the pages of  Wall Street Journal. The technology, which relies on Apple, lets you integrate capacitive touch sensors directly to the LCD module, eliminating the need for a separate layer of the touch screen. iPhone 5 Screen Technology The current phone screen actually consists of three surfaces: LCD-matrix is at the bottom. It is marked the grid of electrodes, and is covered by the glass panel. By integrating a conductive layer directly into LCD the new technology provides a new thinner touch screen, allowing you to reduce the size and thickness of the battery and the gadget as a whole. Getting rid of one layer with a typical thickness of half a millimeter not only will reduce the overall size and weight of the display, but also enhance the image quality and reduce the expenses of Apple removing the need to order LCD-panels separately. It is also reported that the supply of new iPhone 5 display will be provided by the Sharp and Japan Display Inc companies. The last one was established earlier this year by combining the LCD assets of Sony, Hitachi and Toshiba under the auspices of the Public-Private Partnership Innovation Network Corporation of Japan which can mean that iPhone 5 with thinner display can be true. At the same time the producers have to overcome some difficulties associated with the establishment of the manufacturing process. According to some sources, innovative displays in the iPhone 5 will appear because the company wants to keep the weight of iPhones at a reasonable level without regard to the increased diagonal of the display.
