To begin with the tweak's features - you can move your finger across the virtual keyboard to move the cursor. Use two fingers to move faster. So the option gives you the possibility to edit text more precisely or quicker edit depending on your needs. You can also select text by tapping Shift while moving your finger across the keyboard.
