We can't fly on Mars but now all iUsers can explore first Curiosity rover photos on iPhone and iPad and here you will find out how to do that. Curiosity rover has been exploring the surface of the Red Planet almost three weeks and continues to please mankind with new photos. Following the first color photographs and images into 3D, rover sent to Earth panorama of the Gale crater area, where the rover landed. Using these images, the Estonian photographer Andrei Bodrov has created an interactive panorama of Mars taken from Curiosity rover which can be viewed on iPhone. The designer has used images of the rover made in high definition. 3D-image provides a detailed review of Curiosity surrounding landscapes using the built-in iPhone gyroscope which can turn 360 degrees. The image can also be approximated, so that is clearly distinguishable rocky peaks from the edge of the crater, and the stones under the wheels of the Curiosity rover. The designer admits that when he was creating an interactive panel he used graphical editors. For example, to combine multiple images into a panorama and to enhance the brightness of the colors. Also, the sun in the sky in the middle of the photo was painted because it was not released to the lens of Curiosity. The rest of the image is fully consistent with reality, says the photographer.
