New Pangu Jailbreak Launch for iOS 7.1.1 Devices [Instruction]

We haven’t expected to see 7.1.1 jailbreak release so soon. All famous hackers made no promises about it but only demonstrated their jailbroken gadgets. Users couldn’t wait to see the untethered iOS 7.1.1 jailbreak which surfaced in… you won’t believe it, China!

Chinese hackers developed a public tool that can untether your iDevice. Even famous iOS devs tweeted that the new tool is not problematic. Some users have already taken a risk and run the jailbreak getting Cydia on their latest firmware.

Unexpected Jailbreak Release for iOS 7.1.1 in China

The tool is not difficult to use. It should work on two operating system versions: 7.1 and 7.1.x. All smartphones that support the new 7 firmware can be jailbroken. Pangu has a little trick you should know about. It will ask you to change the date on your smartphone during the procedure. Everything else is similar to other exploits.

You are highly advised to do these simple things before beginning to risk and use the jailbreaking tool. You should turn off your passcode option, backup the gadget and update iTunes to the most recent release.
To jailbreak 7.1.1 firmware, you should download Pangu from the hackers’ website here []. This link supports only Windows platform.

Step 1. Take your smartphone and connect it through USB into your PC. Don’t forget about backup.

Step 2. Launch 7.1.1 Pangu jailbreak file. Since you are on Windows computer, user Run as Administrator tool.

Step 3. To begin jailbreaking, pres on the big black button [it is very important to uncheck the box to the left of the black button]. Since this is the Chinese app, some pictures might confuse you.

Step 4. The program needs you to change the Date & Time to June 2 through Settings – General menu.

Step 5. Pangu icon will be on your device. Click on it and the program will finish jailbreaking by installing Cydia store.
