Last night Apple released a new test build iOS 6.1 beta 2 for iDevices. This version was designed for the developers, who have Apple developer's account, to test apps and game on it. But don't worry if you don't have Apple account because you can download beta 2 using direct links in step 1 of my tutorial guide on how to jailbreak iOS 6.1 beta 2 using latest tool from iPhone Dev Team - Redsn0w 0.9.15b3. The jailbreaking is easy and much the same as iOS 6.1 beta 1 jailbreak process. It is tethered jailbreak and can be performed only on A4 devices (iPhone 4, iPhones 3GS, iPod Touch 4). So if you are iPad 2 owneror iPhone 4S users or any other new Apple device. Oh, BTW, you can jailbreak iOS 6.1 beta 2 untethered on iPhone 3GS using the same steps like in this guide for iOS 6 but using Redsn0w 0.9.13b3 and iOS 6.1 beta 2 firmware.

How to Jailbreak iOS 6.1 beta 2 Tethered

Go back to the main screen and click Jailbreak button, then select Install Cydia and prepare your gadget to enter DFU mode. To do this turn your iPhone off, click Next and follow onscreen instructions. Step 6. If you will successfully put your iPhone into DFU,  Redsn0w will jailbreak iOS 6.1 beta 2. Step 7. When the process will be completed click «Autoboot this device when it connects in DFU mode» to switch to tethered jailbreak. After rebooting you will see that iOS 6.1 beta 2 on your iPhone is jailbroken and you can use Cydia will its tweaks. But remember that this jailbreak it tethered which means that you need to boot your device tethered every time your iPhone is dead or you need to restart it. For this just connect your device to the computer and open Redsn0w. Go to Extras - Just Boot and follow instructions.
