The release date of iOS 4 beta 7 is expected by the number of the iPhone and iPad users. It can be held on Monday this week. This was pointed by the experts, citing sources at Apple. And now you can download iOS 7 beta 4 using direct links without developer account and registered UDID. The iOS 7 beta 4 release had to be on July 22. Plans were broken by the British hacker who attacked Apple developers site. On Thursday last week the company was forced to shut down access to the Developer Center and notified the developers, apologizing for the inconvenience. As a result, the launch date of the next beta of iOS 7 was delayed. Now, as expected, Apple nothing prevents to release iOS 4 beta 7.

Developer Center was partially restored in the night from Friday to Saturday. The company sent letters to the developers, which lists the currently active services: Certificates, IDs and profiles, iTunes Connect and Bug Reporter. The site is not yet fully operational but the section with the test software of iOS beta 7 and OS X Mavericks Developer Preview is now available for developers. Apple issued  iOS 7 beta 3 firmware on Monday, July 8. The third beta version of the new OS came exactly two weeks after the launch of iOS 7 beta 2, which, in turn, came two weeks after the debut of the first test version of the latest Apple operating system on June 10. Thus, if the information is confirmed, iOS 7 beta 4 released again on Monday, but with a delay of one week. Release the final version of iOS 7 will take place in the autumn, along with the release of iPhone 5S and iPhone Lite. The number of test builds and release date of the new Apple operating system is not known.
