Update to iOS 7.1.1 to Solve Bugs in iOS 7 System

iPhone to get iOS 7.1.1 release with bugs fix. iOS 7.1 release was last month. This firmware upgrade brought some major improvements to iPhone and iPad devices but it didn’t fix iOS 7 bugs as most people hoped. Now users are counting days till iOS 7.1.1 release date because this operating system minor update should work with problems found in previous firmware launches.

It took the company several months to complete iOS 7.1 and release it out of beta. Still issues faced by users require Apple to fix iOS 7 bugs in the next release which should be the 7.1.1 launch. For example, it is currently possible to bypass your Apple ID with password and delete Find My iPhone application from the iPhone. This is not good especially when the Cupertino-based company claimed to improve its security system with Activation Lock release.

iOS 7 bugs are found since September when this firmware was launched. Users faced issues with Touch ID, reboots, security and other options. No wonder that people can’t wait for the upgrade to be available for download. Everyone who is already updated to version 7.1 want to save the bugs through iOS 7.1.1 launch.

Analysts point that a lot of people from around Apple are lately visiting their website using iOS 7.1.1-updated devices. It looks like users in the Cupertino-based campus are now testing this firmware which means it will be soon upgraded for public.

Today is iOS 7.1.1 release date and you can download firmware using direct links. Hopefully, problems with Wi-Fi will be gone. Apple might also solve the quickly draining battery that drives crazy a lot of iPhone owners and a lot of other big problems.

Apple Released iOS 7.1.1 Update with Bug Fix for iOS 7.1 Gadgets

Even though iOS 7.1 release was meant to solve all the problems from iOS 7 firmware, this launch came with even more bugs. The new iOS 7.1.1 IPSW update is now expected to fix problems for iPhones and other Apple devices. Users keep an eye on iOS 7.1.1 download link as everyone who has lost jailbreak possibility after installing iOS 7.1 don’t risk anything while upgrading to the most recent version of this operating system.

The update will not be a major one thus it will not bring any huge changes to what we are already used to. Experts just believe that the new version of iOS firmware will come with positive iOS 7.1 bug fix solution for millions of user in different corners of the world.

Maybe it will contain further UI enhancement but most likely no new features.

What is pointing towards soon release of iOS 7.1.1? Experts say that lately more and more gadgets with this firmware visit their site. The growing amount of these visits lead to iOS upgrade in the past thus the similar situation is observed these days.

Why shouldn’t you wait for big changes in the upcoming release? The previous iOS 7.1 launch was major update to the firmware and it was introduced last month. Thus quick changes are impossible with Apple.

We will share the direct iOS 7.1.1 download link with you once it is available. Still first updates will be offered via OTA system.

WWDC Tickets 2014 Still Available to Some iOS and Mac Developers

It is always hard to buy WWDC tickets because they sell out within minutes. This has happened in the past and this year the policy has been changed. Apple offered developers tickets this year via a lottery system.

Everyone who was officially registered with Apple devs programs could try to win the ticket. And now, as reports state, the company gives a second chance to some people who weren’t lucky to purchase WWDC tickets for 2014 event. The iPhone maker emails these developers offering them $1,599 tickets if they pay within 24 hours their fee.
All purchases had to be finished by April 14. It looks like not all winners got their tickets because of this new chance to pay for unclaimed tickets to unlucky lottery participants. Apple is even calling iOS 8 and Mac developers offering a chance to participate in WWDC 2014 this June.
WWDC tickets sell out very quickly. A lot of users cannot buy them even if they have enough money for being enrolled. There was no lottery to choose winners randomly all previous years. Maybe this is the reason why some lucky developers who were notified by email that they had to claim their ticket before Monday didn’t do this because they didn’t expect to win.
WWDC will tell us more about iOS 8 and maybe next line of Apple smartphones, tablets and Macs. The conference will be held in San Francisco. It will begin on June 2 and last till June 6.

How to Quit iOS 7 Apps and Switch Among Open Applications

Back in older days of the earlier iPhones and firmware for these Apple handsets users had to click twice their Home button to switch between applications, copy things from one browser to the Mail program and do other things with the smartphone. The operating system released in 2013 is like the cosmetic surgery but for the software and Apple users. It makes iOS 7 switch between apps more intuitive and simple.

iOS 7 iPhone Control Center and better multitasking. Once you double-click on Home button you will see a list of icons that represent all your open programs. The pics will display what each app is about. There is no need to switch into the application if you just wanted to make sure everything is going on the way you wanted in it and this information can be obtained from the shrunken-down image of the program’s screen.
When you need to launch one of the apps you should just press on its icon. iOS 7 quit app option is achieved by closing down the application through flicking its mini display upward. The program flies up and disappears from the list of open apps. Don’t worry, it will not disappear from the iPhone because the next time you will launch it, the program will reappear in the line-up of all open apps.
There is no need to quick all the applications because your handset can manage its memory and the number of programs in the app switcher won’t make it slower. If you feel that there is a problem with the device you can restart it and everything should get back to normal.

The Price on iPhone 6 to Increase: iPhone Price Rumors

It looks like the next Apple product iPhone 6 pricing is to rise compared to the iPhone 5S and previous smartphones. There are reports on the company negotiating with mobile operators. Apple wants carriers to offer customers the new generation handset $100 more expensive than consumers are used to.

Wireless companies are asked to set the base iPhone 6 price at $199. This is $100 more than the base pricing for iPhone 5S and other models sold with a 2-year plan. Rumors state that carriers don’t want to raise this price on the popular smartphone. Do they have a choice though? Apple knows how to negotiate and make what it wants to achieve.

The next iPhone 6 might become the blockbuster smartphone in 2014. If this happens and a lot of people get interest in purchasing it, the base price might be raised. The device should be shipped closer to the fall, and it is expected to be offered with a 4.7-inch display with a lot of additional features followed by the 5.5-inch screen model.

As some experts note, Apple’s new-gen iPhone could be the only “headline-worthy” handset launched in 2014. This is the main reason why mobile operators could agree to increase the price on iPhone. Otherwise they might not even get a chance to offer this model to their customers and lose subs.

The gadget should be very curious to the fruit tech device fans as it will get Touch ID option, new iOS 8, an improved A8 processor and a lot of other possibilities [1GB RAM, better camera, a lot of new applications etc.].

Nintendo iOS emulator for iPhone and iPad is available to all devices now. You can be either jailbroken or non jailbroken to get this cool tool because it can be downloaded even without jailbreak. The app supports both types of handsets and tablets. It is called NDS4iOS and this Nintendo DS emulator can be installed via OTA download.

The emulator supports different firmware versions beginning from iOS 5.1.1 and up to iOS 7.1. But you need to do one trick to make it work on your Apple tablet or smartphone. Developers ask all users who get Nintendo for iPad / iPhone to set back your date to a prior date, February 8, 2014.

Nintendo for iPhone: Emulator Download for All iOS Devices

There were a few attempts to add different emulators to the App Store previously but they all failed to be appreciated by customers because the Cupertino-based tech giant quickly removed those applications from its store [within a day or a couple of days since their release]. Unlike those fails, NDS4iOS seems to successfully bypass the restrictions set by Apple because the Nintendo iPhone emulator download is offered from the official site where you can find the direct link for getting the tool.

After you manage to install the program you will be able to play Nintendo DS ROM games on your iDevice. The application comes with a couple of options. For example, it supports your iOS 7 controllers and has the integration with Dropbox.

Users can adjust position and pad style through settings for controls. Everything works for non-jailbroken and jailbroken gadgets. The download link is here. You will see an instruction on how to make Nintendo for iOS 7 and previous firmware versions run on your iPhone and iPad without problems.

Note that previous similar tool GBA4iOS presented in winter also supports non-jailbroken users [there was no need to change the date at first but this feature was soon gone].

Apple CarPlay Console Coming Out in Europe and U.S.

The new CarPlay feature from Apple will be supported by the standalone console for different vehicles. Apple Carplay in BMW, Ford and other models is to be presented in the fall 2014, according to Nikkey reports [this is the newspaper from Japan]. The product should become available in the U.S. and Europe later this year priced at $500 and up to $700.

The iOS 7.1 CarPlay option was first introduced this spring. The iPhone maker showed its new development at the Geneva International Motor Show and later it was officially released in the major firmware upgrade for iPads and iPhones. The new feature allows users using their smartphone in the car when the gadget takes over the in-dash screen of your vehicle. You get the opportunity to control navigation, received phone calls and text messages and listen to music through Siri assistant who understands your voice commands.

For now the option supports only three models of the iOS device, including the iPhone 5S, 5c and 5. Apple CarPlay in Ford, BMW, Honda, Mercedes-Benz and a number of others cars is still not available for many older models.

Different manufacturers might like to implement such an option into their vehicles but there is no information on when such an opportunity becomes real. For example, Keywood is not going to adopt the system soon. It only looks at the possibility of such integration.

European and U.S. markets are to get Apple CarPlay aftermarket console. As for other countries, they might also receive such an offer later, after the new products hits the two markets and gains its popularity.
